Take advantage of the years of R & D, product development for a line of 2 products that could be expanded to include multiple related additional products. The business enjoys two trademarks and proprietary formulas and is ready to take off.

Due to Covid and changes in the industry, over the last few years, the company has segued from 15% consumer and 85% corporate accounts to approximately 95% B2C. (business to consumer)

Sales based on 12 months 2024.

The products are manufactured through a third party, and sold through a company Amazon account as well as a small amount via Seller’s own website.

It wasn’t until April of 2024 that the owner engaged an Amazon Agent to handle the marketing, research, and handling of the Amazon account. A buyer experienced in Amazon sales would not have the need for the Amazon Agent.

Note that Seller has basically “played” with this business, and never intended to work it full time.

The owner spends on average 2-5 hours/week on the business. However, a full time owner-operator would have plenty of time to begin developing more products and handle some of the functions the contract manufacturer currently handles. More explained with an NDA.

A strategic buyer with its own line of products, and possibly a warehouse, would be able to add this premiere line to their existing portfolio of products.

GROWTH POTENTIAL & EXPANSION:

• Increase the distribution – The Amazon Agent can also add the line to Walmart online offerings which could immediately increase the sales.

• Start posting on the Instagram and Facebook accounts Seller doesn’t do anything with.

• Increase the product line by package sizes, configurations, and various scents (only 1 scent now)

• Develop more proprietary products for the brand.

• Develop videos to showcase how well the product works.

• Purchase in bulk versus small quantities. This alone would save significant cost of goods expenses and allow the possibility of engaging a contract manufacturer who prefers large runs.

• Seller has never ventured into the possibility of wholesaling the product to retailers. Airport convenience stores would be a natural for the products for travelers.

• A strategic company could develop a larger line with this stellar brand name.
