  • Seller purposefully set up this laundry as a bare bones operation, which deters customers from staying there too long and hanging out.  Ergo, no televisions, no internet connections for customers, concrete floor, etc.  No fancy interior by a longshot.  Simply new high quality machines that accept both coin and digital payments in a well-lit environment.
  • Part of The uniqueness of this laundry is the fact the Owner only goes to the laundry twice a week to check on the machines and collect the income.  Average time the owner spends in the store is 5-6 hours/week.  Whereas, in most laundries, an Owner needs to be present probably 20 hrs./week.
  • Additionally, the Seller does no wash and fold.  However, there is an independent operator who has a separate business within the laundry providing bundle service.  A potion of this goes through the machines; thus flows through to the Owner.
